Amil is the co-founder and CEO of R.S. Johnson Legal, P.C. A graduate of Morehouse College and University of Georgia School of Law, he brings many years of experience as a litigator and transactional lawyer.
He’s an active member of the Fayette County Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Real Property Law Section; he’s an affiliate member of the Fayette Board of Realtors.
Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Amil now lives in Fayetteville with his wife and three children. He loves music, concerts, and a raucous game of flag football!
Rhea is co-founder and CFO of R.S. Johnson Legal, P.C. She received her undergraduate degree in political science from Georgia Southern University and earned her JD from the Paul M. Hebert, Louisiana State University Law Center. She has a varied legal background which includes criminal defense litigation, corporate real estate, and mobile utilities acquisitions.
Rhea is a member of the Fayette County Bar Association, the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and is active with the Atlanta Bar Internship Committee.
An Atlanta native, Rhea and her husband are parents to one daughter and twin boys. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Sabrina Barlow joined the RS Johnson Legal team in 2019 and is a Legal Assistant. She received two Bachelor of Arts degrees in history and politics from Hillsdale College; she was a member of the MI Alpha chapter of the women's fraternity, Pi Beta Phi.
Having recently moved to the South, Sabrina has greatly enjoyed learning about the history and culture of Georgia by volunteering at a local museum in Fayetteville. She also enjoys spending time with her family and going to the range.
Emily completed her undergraduate studies in Linguistics/Spanish and graduated summa cum laude from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Emily has over 15 years of customer service experience and loves to meet new clients.
She was raised in a small town in Southwestern Ohio and now enjoys life in Peachtree City. She has travelled extensively and appreciates learning about new cultures. Emily enjoys volunteering at a local animal shelter in her spare time. She and her husband are “foodies” and also like to go kayaking.
Deanna Jones joins RS Johnson Legal as Contract Counsel. She is a 2001 graduate of Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and has practiced for over 19 years in both criminal and civil law.
Deanna was a dedicated litigator for the City of Atlanta and Fulton County Government for 8 years; she now continues her legal career in other areas of the law. She also has a flair for interior design and operates a successful home staging business when she is not practicing law.
Jasmyn is a 3rd-year honors student at Georgia State University working on her bachelor’s degree in Public Health & Human Services. She has interned for RS Johnson Legal since 2015 before officially becoming part of the team as a legal assistant in 2020.
She is originally from Fayetteville, GA, but now lives in Atlanta to continue her post-secondary education. Jasmyn enjoys working, spending time with family, and being a dog mom. She also has a flair for hairstyling and fashion.
Tyesha is a graduate of the University of South Florida. She received two degrees in International Relations and Quantitative Economics, graduating top ten percent of her class. She has worked in three different countries studying various topics from human rights to migration and enjoys working with people from different cultures.
A Georgia native, Tyesha enjoys exploring Atlanta, taking her dog Akira on walks, traveling to visit the fashion capitals, and marking the New 7 Wonders of the World off her bucket list.
